We’ve been making safe, fun and innovative inflatables for residential and commercial use since 2002.


We do not offer rentals. We design, manufacture and sell inflatables, and leave the rental business to our customers.

Our inflatables come in a variety of sizes to fit our customer’s needs. Smaller JumpOrange units are designed to fit a residential space, while larger classes – the Hero and Monster lines – can reach up to 60 feet long.

Accessories vary depending on the type of the unit.

All enclosed jumpers are equipped with safety strips at the top, which can be opened as an emergency exit in case of an unexpected collapse or deflation. Enclosed models also feature mesh windows on all four sides for air circulation and easy adult supervision, ensuring child safety. All open slide models include safety nets.

We use lead-free, commercial-grade, fire-retardant vinyl in every inflatable, which is more resistant to tearing and mold/mildew than nylon. Our products are constructed with heavy-duty industrial thread and double stitches.

We make sure all our inflatables are long lasting and easy to handle.

With normal usage, proper care and maintenance, each should last over seven years.

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, direct deposit to our bank account, and checks (which are subject to clearing before shipment).

All custom orders and pre-orders require a 30% deposit.

Items in stock ship within one business day upon order confirmation. Transit time varies between one and nine business days depending on the location and shipping method. Pre-orders and custom orders can take up to 60 days before shipment.


JumpOrange stands behind all of our products, which is why we are proud to offer one of the best warranties available – up to 18 months on water-based features and three years on all other items.

           JumpOrange has a Flat Rate shipping program for items over 70 lbs that are shipped via common freight carrier. This program only applies to the lower 48 U.S. states and delivery to the commercial location or closest freight terminal.


Any damage noted prior to signing the delivery receipt must be reported to JumpOrange within five (5) business days. For terminal pick up, storage fees will apply to any delay pick up items after 2 business days upon arrival.


JumpOrange is not responsible for any freight lost or damaged without any notes on the freight carrier’s waybill indicated by the consignee or customer. Excluded states and international customers, please contact us for shipping cost at 1-877-388-5867.
