Commercial Grade vinyl is heavy. UPS and FedEx Ground carry packages up to 150 lbs. Most JumpOrange commercial inflatables weigh over 150 lbs, and require freight truck service. Since our commercial inflatables ship LTL, expedited shipping services are generally unavailable.

In most cases, we do not accept any preorders on out-of-stock units. We want to make sure we have the units in-stock to ensure there are no unexpected delays in shipping. However, we do accept preorders twice a year:
1) JEM DAY Sales Event – in October – This is a sale we have every year that is limited to our exclusive JEM Club members.    
2) New Products Launch Event – in November – This event is where we unveil our newest collections and units at JumpOrange. 

Shipping estimates are provided by UPS, Fedex and Truck Freight Carriers. Due to factors outside of our control, Terminal and Residential Delivery can take up to 14 business days to arrive once shipped from our warehouse under normal circumstances and may take longer under abnormal circumstances.

No, we do not accept PO Boxes and can only ship to physical street addresses. If your order somehow passes our system with a PO Box address, your order will be canceled.

Terminal Pick Up: When the product arrives at the freight terminal, the freight dispatcher will call the customer to arrange a pick-up time at the terminal. The freight terminals expect the order to be picked up within 48 hours of the notification call. 

Residential Shipping: With residential delivery, the carrier transports freight directly to a residence or business. Unlike a standard LTL shipment where freight is delivered to locations with loading docks, these shipments are delivered to a customer’s home or the curbside of a business.

Pick-up terminal locations vary by freight carrier. We search for the closest terminal location based on your shipping address. Sometimes, the terminal may be in your city, and other times, it may take up to 1-2 hours of driving. Our team will contact you prior to shipping if the terminal is over 30 miles from your end shipping address. 

When it’s time to pick up your package, remember to bring the right documentations with you. You’ll need a valid photo I.D., bill of lading (BOL), PRO numbers (tracking numbers) for the shipment, and a vehicle to haul away your shipment.  Be sure to bring any straps necessary to secure the load as well.  Also, it is a good idea to contact the terminal to see if there is anything else you will need, especially if the buyer is having someone else pick up the order on their behalf.

If a product is damaged or lost, you MUST make a note on the delivery receipt that the package was damaged. If the damage was due to insufficient packaging, please refuse the shipment and contact us immediately. Once the claim has been filed (this should be done immediately), we will assist you throughout the rest of the process. If you don’t make a note on the delivery receipt, the chances of a freight claim being honored are very small.

Customers outside of the U.S. (including U.S. territories) who wish to purchase JumpOrange products or parts will need to contact us directly. Our prices are all in USD. All international orders may be subject to customs duties and tax upon arrival, and that charge amount can vary. We only accept bank direct deposits and wire transfers for international orders.

Yes, there is a $150 surcharge per shipment to JEM club members if you order 1-2 units. When JEM members buy three or more units, it will be upgraded to free home delivery.  Residential shipping for non-JEM members is $495 per order. 

Yes, an additional $150 charge per forklift load will be applied these shipments.

Go to the website of the assigned freight carrier, and then type in your PRO number to track the shipment. 

Terminal shipping is the best choice to get your shipment the fastest. Due to nature of the product weight, expedited shipping costs of an inflatable product are generally high. We recommend you to choose Terminal Shipping at checkout. Terminal shipping is when you pick-up your products at a nearby freight terminal. Instead of waiting for the freight carrier to arrange a delivery date and time, you can call the freight terminal directly to schedule the earliest available pick up time. 

Tracking numbers are available after items ship. Log into your account to find out your tracking information. If you can’t find yours, email us at support@jumporange.com. 

A PRO number is used to track the progress of a freight shipment. PRO means “Progressive” and then is followed by a number. It’s the same as a UPS tracking number.

No, there is not. We recommend you join our JEM club for $695 per year to obtain free shipping and 15% off on full price items. Non-JEM members pay full price plus $495 shipping per order.  Typically, a JEM membership saves you more than $695 on your first order.  Our members also continue to receive these great benefits throughout the year.  

Restocking can sometimes take up to 5 months. The best way to know the latest updates is to sign up for restock alert email notifications on our product page.
