You may change your order before it ships. Typically, you can only do this the same day an order was placed because items are shipping as fast as possible. If an item has already been processed for shipping, you are not able to change the order. Any pre orders and custom-ordered items are non-exchangeable.

Depending on the status of your order, we are not able to cancel or change your order after it ships. Once your order has been submitted successfully, the order goes almost immediately to processing and then it’s sent to the warehouse to ship. In order to best assist your request, we recommend that you reach out to us via phone or live chat for immediate assistance.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns after package ships.

You may cancel your custom-made order and a 50% deposit is nonrefundable.
