Your access and use of the site will be subject to the version of the Terms and Conditions posted on the site at the time of use.

By using the site and/or signing up for an account, you confirm that you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

We may, at our sole discretion, change, add, or delete portions of these Terms and Conditions. It is your responsibility to check these Terms and Conditions for changes prior to using the site. Your use of the site constitutes your acceptance of any changes to the Terms and Conditions.


We have developed a Privacy Policy in order to inform you of our practices with respect to the collection, use, disclosure and protection of your information. You can find the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement, on our home page. By using this site you agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy.

General Terms and Conditions

You agree to use the site only for lawful and noncommercial purposes and in compliance with all international, federal, state and local laws. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, reverse engineer, modify, copy, publish, display, transmit, adapt, frame, link, rent, lease, loan, sell, license or in any way exploit the content of the site.


You represent and warrant that you (a) are above the legal age in your jurisdiction of residence; (b) have not previously been suspended or removed from the website; (c) do not have more than one (1) account at any given time; (d) you will only provide us with true, accurate, current and complete information if you register for an account and/or place orders; and (e) you have full power and authority to agree to the Terms and Conditions and doing so will not violate any other agreement to which you are a party.

If we believe or suspect that your information is not true, accurate, current or complete, we may deny or terminate your access to the site (or any portion thereof)

Your Account

When you set up an account you are required to provide your credentials, including your name and email address, and select a password (collectively, “Account Information”), which you may not transfer to or share with any third parties.

You are solely responsible for any and all use of your Account Information and all orders and activities that occur under or in connection with the account. Without limiting any rights which we may otherwise have, we reserve the right to take any action as deemed necessary or reasonable to ensure the security of the website and your account, including without limitation, terminating your account, changing your password, or requesting additional information to authorize transactions on your account.

You are responsible for any act associated with any users that access the website under your Account Information which would be deemed a violation of the Terms and Conditions.

You may not use anyone else’s account at any time. Please notify us immediately if you become aware that your Account Information is being used by another party.

You agree not to register for more than one account, register for an account on behalf of an individual other than yourself, or register for an account on behalf of any third party.

Warranty Terms and Conditions

JumpOrange is proud to have one of the most transparent warranty policies in the industry. Our warranty policy is as follows:

  • We cover any Dry use commercial grade products for a period of 3 years (36 months) from the time of sale.
  • We cover any Wet/Dry and Wet use commercial grade products for a period of 1.5 years (18 months) from the time of sale.
  • If you receive an inflatable air blower with your product, the air blower is covered for a period of one year (12 months) from the time of sale.

Not sure if your product is covered?  Check your model number.  Our commercial grade units begin with JOC, JOG, JC & JG in the model number.

It is important to note that our warranty will not apply in cases of misuse, abuse, negligence, excessive usage, unusual wear and tear, accidents, repairs, improper usage, alterations, and lack of maintenance or consumable parts/materials. Such cases of improper usage will result in the warranty being voided immediately. Using any inflatable product on a hard surface other than grass without the use of a trap constitutes improper usage.

Under no circumstances will JumpOrange provide a warranty, repair, or return for products determined to be counterfeit or non-JumpOrange brand purchases.

Instructions for Returning Your JumpOrange Purchase

If you have any issue with your JumpOrange product, please call our customer service department at (877) 388-5867 or (562) 229-1800 or contact us via email at support@jumporange.com

JumpOrange works with specialized inflatable repair facilities in selected areas. Depending on the nature of the issue(s) with the product, we may request that the product be sent directly to a repair facility. Our customer service department will provide specific instructions on how to send the product to a repair facility. 

The customer will be responsible for transportation and/or shipping the product to the identified repair facility. JumpOrange will work directly with the repair facility to complete the necessary repairs and cover the related expenses. The customer must not make payment directly to the repair facility. JumpOrange will not reimburse customers for payments made to the repair facility.

If we determine the product needs to be returned to our facility, we will provide specific instructions to facilitate the return process. In this case we would issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA#) that would need to be included with the product at the time of shipment so that it can be identified when it arrives at our facility. Unidentified and/or unauthorized returns will not be accepted and will be returned to the owner at their expense.

JumpOrange covers the cost of shipping for any product that is determined by our Customer Service department to require a return to our facility within 6 months from the date of sale. After 6 months from the date of sale, the customer will be required to pay for shipping the product to our facility regardless of the nature of the issue. This policy applies to all customers regardless of JEM membership status.

Customers will be required to coordinate with Customer Service in order to schedule an appointment for inbound delivery. Any shipment of products to JumpOrange for any reason not described above will be at the customer’s expense.

Shipping Policy

We want to make sure your order gets to you safe and sound. For commercial grade inflatable products that are too large to be delivered via UPS or FedEx, we partner with carriers specializing in the transportation and delivery of Large Parcel freight. Due to the factors outside of our control, Terminal and Residential Delivery can take up to two weeks to arrive once shipped from our warehouse under normal circumstances and may take longer under abnormal circumstances.

All shipments will require a signature for delivery. It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect the shipment at the time of delivery. Do not sign for the delivery if the package is damaged; you may refuse the shipment and it will be returned to the freight carrier. If this happens please call Customer Service immediately at (877) 388-5867 or (562) 229-1800.

If the customer makes changes to the delivery address after order confirmation, any charges, fees, and/or expenses related to changing the delivery address will be charged to the customer. It may take additional time for the delivery of product(s) in this case.

If the customer moves and/or changes address, it is their responsibility to inform Customer Service of the change either by phone or email. JumpOrange will not be responsible for shipments made to a previous address if it is not changed prior to order confirmation.

Finality of Sale

All sales are final upon verbally agreement for phone orders or signing the sales order, invoice and/or credit card authorization form, or completing the purchase for online orders.

Custom Made Orders

Any custom-made order requires 50% non-refundable deposit upon placing the order.  If the balance of an order or pre-order isn’t paid within 15 days from the estimated shipping date, the order will be automatically cancelled and subject to a re-stocking fee equal to 20% of the purchase value or the full amount of the initial deposit, whichever is greater.

JEM Club Membership Terms and Conditions

Any customer must join and pay for JEM Club Membership in order to be eligible to receive JEM Club benefits. JEM Club Membership cannot be shared. It is intended for a single customer and one associated shipping address. If the JEM Club member moves or changes shipping address for any reason, they must inform Customer Service of the change in address either by phone or email. Customers with multiple shipping addresses must have separate JEM accounts for each location.

As of November 1, 2019, JEM Club Membership is valid for a period of one (1) year from the time of purchase.

JEM Club members will enjoy unlimited free outbound terminal shipping to the lower 48 US states on any commercial grade inflatable purchases (eligible model #s start with JOC, JOG, JC, JCX & JG only).

JEM Club members may opt for residential delivery for an additional fee of $150 per single transaction shipment to one address unless they are ordering 3 or more commercial grade products in a single transaction shipment to one address, in which case the residential delivery fee will be waived.

Unlimited free shipping is not applicable for any Hero and/or Residential Kiddo products (model # starts with JOH & JOK) and accessories purchased at www.jumporange.com


JumpOrange may offer a limited promotion allowing customers to pay a non-refundable deposit to reserve a product for future purchase. In such cases, the deposit is non-refundable and any special prices are only valid during the time of the promotion. Sales tax will be charged if/when applicable. Full payment MUST be received once the order has been fulfilled. The order will be shipped out once payment has been confirmed.

JumpOrange has the right to end or modify any promotion at any time. All orders are final upon the order submission. Other restrictions may apply.

Gift Cards

JumpOrange may, at its sole discretion, offer customers a Gift Card in exchange for meeting certain conditions such as the purchase of JEM membership during a promotional period. The use of the term “Gift Card” on this site implies a (in-store credit) credit towards a future purchase of commercial grade products from JumpOrange. The Gift Card does not have any inherent monetary value or an aggregated monetary value of $0.01 and it may not be transferred, returned, or refunded for cash or cash equivalent at any time. 

Customers agree to use the Gift Card as intended and will not attempt to defraud JumpOrange or manipulate the website by using the points in a deceitful manner. JumpOrange reserves the right to cancel the Gift Card program or revoke any customer’s Gift Card if it determines the customer is in violation of these terms and conditions.

Any Gift Card issue by JumpOrange is only applicable for purchases directly from JumpOrange and cannot be used to buy JumpOrange products from affiliated retailers. 

Intellectual Property Rights

The Proprietary Material is owned or controlled by JumpOrange or by other parties that have provided rights to JumpOrange. This website and all of its contents, including but not limited to articles, other text, photographs, images, illustrations, graphics, video material, audio material, including musical compositions and sound recordings, software, logos, titles, characters, names, graphics and button icons, excluding User Content (collectively “Proprietary Material”), are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws of the United States, as well as international conventions and the laws of other countries.

Except as otherwise provided in these Terms and Conditions or without our express prior written permission, you may not, and agree that you will not, use, publish, reproduce, display, publicly perform, create derivative works from, reverse engineer or decompile, disassemble, distribute, license, transfer, sell, copy, post, enter into a database, upload, transmit or modify the Proprietary Material or any portion thereof, for any purpose or by any means, method, or process now known or later developed. Modification of the materials appearing on the website or use of such materials for any other purpose is a violation of our copyright and other proprietary rights

Account Termination

We may, in appropriate circumstances, terminate an account and any or all affiliate websites for any reason at any time.

We may terminate or suspend access to the website, including profile(s) and any content or information that has been posted on the website and/or prohibit users from accessing the website (or any portion, aspect or feature of the website) for any reason at any time based on our sole discretion, with or without notice, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with the user’s activities in connection with the website.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may do so by following the instructions on the website. In the event of termination, you will still be bound by your obligations under these Terms and Conditions.
